Pretty good food but seems a bit pricey. No longer our first choice for smoked meats. That's a shame. It's small and sometimes tricky to get in and out of. Parking lot is iffy to back out of the spots into incoming traffic. It simply isn't the first thought when we want to get barbeque locally.
Traveling I-49 N, read 4.5 stars for this restaurant, and decided to give it a try. Ordered chopped brisket, twice baked potato casserole, and baked beans. Customer service was great, cashier was polite and friendly. Brisket had good smoked flavor however the portion was small and contained fatty pieces of meat. Sides were okay, nothing special. Overall 4 stars for this visit.

Ordered the dinner plate 2 meat paid the extra for brisket with onion ring (onion straws) and coleslaw. Everything on the plate was on point. The only complaint was inside was a little on the cold side, and the atmosphere was just ok.
