First time and last time ordering here. The initial wait time was 45 to 50 minutes we waited that got to the store. The chicken we ordered was already done and on top of the oven. We were told it would be at least 30 more minutes. We waited that got to the store and the lady was just now taking out the cookie which takes the longest to cook and cool that should have been the first thing made. Anyways waited for that to be finished to get home to find the chicken completely cold the pizza was not fully cooked and also cold by the time we get home. By far the worst experience we have experienced in Carthage. Don't waste your time or money. And to add to all that the cookie was not all the way done either. Only half was edible the other half we had to cook in the oven to finish.

The lady that works here is wonderful and so nice! I ALWAYS get a Keto bowl and a pizza or calzone for the family. We really prefer it over other places in town. My only complaint is that they don't have 'deals" or coupons.Parking: You can park in the front near pumps or in back where there's less traffic.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking and easy access to the building and bathroom.Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and am allergic to gluten. They offer a keto version of their pizza (can also get it in a bowl) There's ALWAYS a chance of gluten contamination tho. The price is much much better than every other gluten free pizza in town.

Our order was messed up so my husband had to wait for it to get corrected and then once we started eating we noticed our pizza wasn’t cooked completely so the whole bottom of our pizza was nothing but soggy dough?? I’m so upset my children as well as us didn’t realize until we had bitten into our food

Bought one specialty pizza pizza in was ok, then a week later bought one topping pizza and it had very little toppings on it.Parking: Carthage mo.parking ok

The pizza is great but the ordering process was extremely complicated…I was sent back and forth 3 times between 2 people and no one could give me straight answers on anything regarding some simple questions about the pizza and breadsticks. Will definitely come back, but this was frustrating and will hopefully be lined out…it’s great to have another great pizza place in town!
