The manager, Arvel, at McDonalds on Clarkson Rd goes the extra mile for everyone. He runs the place very efficiently and gives excellent customer service. I highly recommend him and his restaurant.
This is my favorite McDonald's. The last two times I've gone there, the dining room has been closed during hours it is supposed to be open. There is no sign saying, "Closed," but the doors are locked.If you pay a living wage and full benefits, you find people to work.It is unfair to the few reliable workers you have to have to work under stressful conditions because you do have enough workers.Servicing your customers suffers too.
