I have gotten food delivered from Pap John’s about 20 times in the past 2 years and its alway been pretty good. The delivery persons are timely and nice. I’d say it’s a great business that does exactly what they advertise. Thank
Was told delivery would be 40 minutes. 1 hour and 40 minutes later the COLD pizza was delivered, no knock, no phone call, just left outside our hotel room. Too bad you didn't knock, we had a tip for you. Good for us, food and service didn't deserve a tip.

The store feels chaos. It was my first time go to this store. One came out and asked my order. He didn't have any suggestions or recommendation, or he did have a menu. And he hided back into kitchen immediately. And I was left in the front counter without any one to help. I had to take out my phone and search their webside and looking for menu online. Very bad service here. Not recommend this location at all.
