I placed an order for Lemon Spinach Ginger, easy and simple. The next customer placed and order and received their order right away. The excuse from the manager was that a more experience person took the the order persons order so it was done faster. I paid for a smoothie I did not get, when I ask for a refund the team member made it so that I was in the wrong because I did not notify anyone in a timely manner but there was no one at the register to inform.
The week of Nov. 8, staff member Lily R asked for my husbands cell phone in order to sign him up on the Smoothie King app to gain points/rewards whenever he buys from different locations.Instead of signing him up for rewards, she added her personal contact information into his phone and was being very flirtatious with him along with his other coworkers that he goes to the store with.This is highly unprofessional and also very sly behavior.
