I am a regular at Smoothie King but not this location. I visited a week ago and ordered my usual smoothie. I ordered on the app and went inside to pick it up. There was no employees visible when I walked in and the inside was really dirty and messy. There was one customer standing near the place to order. A few minutes later, one employee came out and began preparing smoothies. He quickly prepared mine and called out for me to pick it up. I grabbed it and left. It was extremely thick so I waited for it to melt a little. Then I realized, there were chunks of ice and pineapple in the smoothie. It was if it had not blended it very much at all. This was a Lean 1 Pineapple/Mango. I have never had such a horrible experience. It was not busy and I paid nearly $10 for something I couldn't even drink. I would not recommend this location.

I placed an order for Lemon Spinach Ginger, easy and simple. The next customer placed and order and received their order right away. The excuse from the manager was that a more experience person took the the order persons order so it was done faster. I paid for a smoothie I did not get, when I ask for a refund the team member made it so that I was in the wrong because I did not notify anyone in a timely manner but there was no one at the register to inform.

The week of Nov. 8, staff member Lily R asked for my husbands cell phone in order to sign him up on the Smoothie King app to gain points/rewards whenever he buys from different locations.Instead of signing him up for rewards, she added her personal contact information into his phone and was being very flirtatious with him along with his other coworkers that he goes to the store with.This is highly unprofessional and also very sly behavior. This is not the first time that said employee has had these behaviors as I’ve had other acquaintances over/under the age of 18 state that she has very flirtatious behavior.Inappropriate Smoothie King. I am 4 months pregnant and very displeased with your staff.

We are not from this area and stopped in at 8:10 pm . The store stated that it closed at 9pm . I proceeded to order a smoothie bowl and was told the station was already closed . The kid then proceeded to ask if we would like anything else , I said no . Then he says on the house ? I again said no . After leaving the establishment he proceeded to turn the open sign off , so I would think they were closed . Never again will we be visiting this location . Terrible experience. Find better workers if you want to make Money .

Waited 45 minutes for a SMOOTHIE here!!! When we asked about our order the kids working kept saying it was on the way but then we're goofing around and being flirty with each other behind the counter and in back. Please hire more mature staff. The smoothies were great once we finally got them, but will not be visiting this location again.

This place cannot handle the business. It is the worst smoothie king I have ever visited. The people who work there are more interested in flirting and screwing around than making smoothies. The only guy working was high as a kite and just looked lost half of the time and could not follow basic instructions. If you order over your phone you will be the last person they take care of. I waited nearly an hour for a single smoothie and watched 40 or more people come and go before I got the order. If you are a delivery driver, reject the orders for this store because it won't be worth whatever they are paying to waste an hour of your life to be ignored. The part that is the most infuriating is that they didn't even have the mobile order set up turned on!!!! They just kept saying were backed up and laughing. Go to any other smoothie king but this one. This place doesn't care about the customers at all and they do not deserve your hard earned money. The best smoothie king around is the one on Manchester by El Magey. Those ladies there are amazing and have you in and out quick with a smile! It's also a lot cleaner.

Went into smoothie king this morning 9/23/23 placed my smoothie order to go. I placed the order 15 mins before my arrival, when I walked into the store there were 4 people waiting so I said I had a to go order. They had not even looked at my order, so in the 15 minutes it took me to get there they then informed that I had to wait for everyone else. I asked for a refund and the workers didn’t even know how to issue a refund so I ended up leaving without a smoothie and without my money. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Your chesterfield missouri location is so miss managed I can't go there any longer -- today I waiting for 25 mins , never got my order - I asked about my order twice with very little caring or want to help - I left without my drink which I paid for // I will never go back and neither will my kids, because I won't pay for it! Terrible and not caring will close these doors -

If I could give zero stars I would. I would suggest having a trained adult on all shifts. This very busy time consisted of 5 teen workers and only 3 actually working. I waited close to 30 min and witnessed so many customers frustrated. The kicker was one of the workers putting his foot/shoe ON THE COUNTER right by the blenders and tying his shoe while food being prepared. Two other customers and I had a conversation about this. Chaos...this was just a scene of chaos. It should be a training video for corporate of what you don't want your business to look like. I will not be going back ever-lots of options.

Walk in and some kid was too lazy to look away from his phone as he leaned on the counter till someone came from back to take and make order. Terrible experience. Young lady that came from the back was very friendly and pleasant to deal with she was a great employee.

Definitely agree with the poor reviews below. This store has become increasingly rude and slow. It is almost pointless to order on the app ahead of time as, even when they are not busy inside, the orders are not ready when they say they will be. There are no apologies for the wait and only a bunch of disgruntled workers, throwing things around while moving at a snail’s pace. The rewards points aren’t worth it to me. I’ll take my business to Kraft on Clayton at Baxter.

Unfortunately I’ve given this location another try and yet again they didn’t follow the allergy protocol and I went into anaphylaxis. This is not a “just don’t like” it’s life threatening and the lack of structure and accountability is ROUGH.

Slow as heck!! 20mins to make a smoothie bowls-also doesn't clean fresh fruit from local grocery stores just toook it out the carton & served NASTY!!!!disgusting!!! Never coming back to any smoothie king
