It's sort of a Subway restaurant type set up when ordering your food........ and the food is fantastic!! Everything is 100% fresh and very tasty. The flavored organic fountain drinks are amazing. I got the coconut flavored one, and it was great! I highly recommend this place for great, authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
Garbanzo feels like a Chipotle with a Mediterranean twist. The similarities begin as you approach the counter to select your entrée, such as a salad, bowl, burrito, pita, or plate. Afterwards, you choose your protein and other desired toppings. I ended up ordering the Chicken Stuffed Pita and Steak Plate. The ingredients all looked and tasted fresh. The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. All in all, it was pretty authentic for a fast casual chain.

Walk here quite frequently with coworkers. It is a Mediterranean version of Chipotle - quick, easy, and delicious. The service is fast and the food is fresh. I always get the plate with chicken with a side of pita. It is an inexpensive meal for Clayton. The inside is extremely cold, so we always sit outside or take it to go. There's plenty of seating outdoors.
