I stop here frequently. It's almost always the same guy at the window. After literally every single item its 'ok is that all??' it just comes off rude and very very rushed. He isn't mean or anything its just not enjoyable service.My much bigger problem is a lack of quality control. The food is always good. Occasionally the doughnuts are a bit stale. But the COFFEE IS EXTREMELY INCONSISTENT. I almost always get the exact same thing. I've even gotten two of the exact same one at the same time and they will be entirely different. But today was the second time in a row it was just AWFUL. Today I took one drink and trashed it. It was simultaneously way too much syrup to it being sickly and yet still very bitter. And I know it's not just me with the same issue. I've heard the same thing from several people. I give up on attempting coffee here. Just drive the 2 blocks to Scooters or 7Brew. Both have leagues better coffee. Save yourself the money.

Maybe the worst service ever.Look at the reviews from the last year. Service has been horrible for a while. They don't care. Go elsewhere. Buy your donuts at Hy-Vee.

I ordered a frozen coffee. What I got had absolutely not one sliver of ice and was a little warm. I poured it out, it was awful. Won't go back

Stopped here twice this week never had a Boston Cream donut available! But the glazed donuts were excellent as was the coffee. That said the service was non existent.Casher could not count change. Both visits took almost 15 minutes to get our order.Best advice avoid this store!

Customer service is nonexistent. They don't say a single thing at the window when getting your order and don't look at you either. The least they could do is say "thank you" or something like that because the deathly silence while waiting for your order is so uneasy compared to other restaurants/coffee

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. These are some of the most miserable acting people. No pleasantries, no appreciation, no joy at all.Every since their new management, whenever I've gone through the drive-thru I'm pleasant and wish them a good day just to have them say nothing and slam the window on me.Why get into customer service if you hate people this much?

I’ve only ever been to Dunkin twice, both in the last couple days. Loved the coffee and the price. I just wish the employees were nicer. It literally makes me never want to go back. As a barista at another coffee place, they seriously need to work on their customer service. I’m not expecting a lot, but even a hi, or have a nice day would be a huge improvement. The employee just opens the window, holds out his hand for payment, and after giving me the coffee, shuts the window immediately. It just makes me so sad because I want to go there, but the attitudes deter me.

The customer service is pretty bad here. We went through the drive thru, and instead of letting me order more than one thing, they thought that I wanted to replace what I've already ordered, and then they got upset when I went to correct them. One hot coffee we got was cold and had to be microwaved, and the donuts are dry and stale. The "iced" donuts barely had icing on them. Walmart donuts are better and cheaper.
