My husband went through the drive thru at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and ordered an 8 piece original and was told they didn’t have enough original to do that order so then he asked for extra crispy and they said they there wouldn’t be any wings in the order. Seriously get it together. There is no reason for that but pure laziness. We will never go there again. RIDICULOUS!!!!! This is the one on Clark Lane!!!!

Walked in just before 9pm, they close at 10pm. Was told they only have bone in chicken which was fine. I ordered the 8 piece family pack. The young man told me it would come with 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs. I get home and there are 4 legs and 4 thighs, all of which were soggy and inedible. I tried calling the store to inform them of their mistake but no answer. It was only 9:17pm. 43 minutes left till close. I called multiple times yet still no answer. So I'm stuck with over priced, inedible food and a hungry family. Never eating KFC again.

Not a bad KFC, could improve on the wait time. Usually order in drive through then pay then they have us pull ahead to wait up by the door, assuming so it looks like the serve times are good. Waited about 15 min. Ordered 2 famous bowls and fries.

The service was terrible they handed me 2 out of three drinks before pulling me forward. Tried to get them to open the window so I could get my third drink three people walked away from me talking to each other finally one came to the window telling me to pull all the way forward and I told her I needed my third drink. Her response was we will bring it when we bring your food. If there was a way to give 0 that would be it. After they already didn't have 2 things I tried to order. I decided to give them one last chance and this is exactly why I do not come to this location. Then after sitting waiting for 10 minutes brings out wrong drink and 2 of the 3 meals. I'll never return.

First of all we overpaid for our food and then I guess that they were getting robbed at the same time that we were in the drive thru. when they brang out our food we got home and noticed that most of the order wasn't there so I had to drive back and get the other half of our order (which was cold and not cooked all of the way) so I'm not happy with KFC and I probably won't go back there again
