Starbucks

I am a currier and I went into the store and waited patiently and was ignored. My drinks sat there, no one asked me why I was standing there. After the put the drinks in the bag I had to ask for the bag instead of them giving me any attention. Just kinda rude for starbucks.

I have been going to this location for years. I sometimes avoid it when they're super busy, but today I went on in and waited to order until it calmed down. It's Mizzou homecoming weekend so they were packed with a crowd inside, a never ending drive thru line, and had to turn off mobile orders. They were understaffed, but working so hard to keep up. I go to a lot of Starbucks and I usually get a drink sit down and study for an hour or so. I came into this Starbucks, wasn’t acknowledged by any of the staff, which I understand when they’re busy but they weren’t really. I sat down at a table, half of them were dirty with crumbs or trash. I ordered my drink, it came out about 2-3 minutes later but I also ordered a breakfast sandwich which didn’t come out.
