Slowest service I’ve ever had anywhere. Decided to go back since it’s the closest Taco Bell next to me, and was in the line for 30 minutes. Was only 4 people in front of me. Place was clean, food was good and correct. But if you want it for dinner I’d plan to go and order by
I ordered in the app and chose to go inside to pick up my order. When I arrived they told me they were out of soft shell and hard shells and that my entire order couldn’t be made.They then told me I had to cancel the already paid for order on my own and offered no way to assist with getting refunded. As mentioned by others, there is no way to contact the store to get a resolution.
