Close parking lot, clean establishment and very well lit. The minute I walked through the door there were food displays and decor to go through. Carts are available the moment you enter and in store help available if needed. The store had wide aisles, plenty of options and merchandise. We purchased five packages of the ooey gooey butter cookies during the stop.

I have shopped at Dierberg's Heritage Place for just over ten years. The store is always cleaner and better organized than anywhere else I shop (unless I happen to visit another Dierberg's). Things are usually in stock when other stores are out. The physical condition of the store, inside and out, is well kept and attractive. Any time I've needed assistance, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rewards program is great. The ready-to-eat meals offer a great variety and quality. I can honestly say I've never had a bad shopping experience at Dierberg's and although shopping in general is often a chore, coming to Dierberg's is a pleasant experience.

Great experience yesterday! Super friendly and helpful. I called ahead and talked to the manager and asked if they could help me with my list. I had to shop for 4 busses groceries. The band I was shopping for was on their second day of tour and needed to stock up. They had two lists each and over 100 random specific items they wanted me to pick up and keep separate by bus. When I arrived at the store the manager asked one of his cart guys Shawn to help me.We picked 5 carts of groceries paid for and out to my van. The managers helped whenever we were stumped finding items. Totally made my life as easy as possible.

The young woman working behind the counter with pink hair and nose piercings needs to lose the attitude. She had made me a dinner and put the wrong price on it, asked to change it and she refused. It took a manager to do it.

Rude employees in the Deli and Bakery area

West Oak -11481 Olive Blvd. Creve Coeur I went to Dierbergs yesterday about 4:45 pm. I usually go to that location because it's well organized, and fully stock. I like Deli meat but avoid that area at this store because there is always some rude person behind the counter. I took a chance and went back there anyway. There was an older black lady, light brown complexion, short gray hair, with glass back there. I asked for baked chicken breast. She kept showing me fried. After 3 mins of trying to explain to her what bake chicken looked like, and where I normally get it from. She got mad and said, "Well I can't tell you what Schnucks has." She seemed frustrated. I told her that I didn't say she could, but since she didn't know what bake chicken was after continuing to explain it at least 5 times, I just mentioned where I got it from. I ended up not getting anything. I wasn't going to write a review about this; However, this morning I was still upset by her behavior. She was terrible, and need more training on how to provide good customer service. In fact, everyone behind that Deli counter need customer service training. Even if the lady was having a bad day the customers shouldn't know that. She was rude from the beginning. Her behavior was unnecessary and unacceptable. She also needs training on knowing the difference between fried and bake chicken; And pieces of chicken vs whole.

I usually go to another Dierbergs. A couple days a week I work near this one and have occasion to go in. Store is clean and well stocked but there are NEVER enough checkers. Much worse than other Dierbergs.

Love Dierberg's!! All of their stores near us have the friendliest check out employees, even those that do the bagging when they're busy are friendly. We always find what we need at a Dierberg's, and when we don't there's always a manager there that is willing to help. We refuse to go to Schnuck's, their competitor. Schnuck's advertising slogan use to be "the friendliest store in town" - that's a big joke. They no longer use that slogan for a good reason - UNFRIENDLIEST employees ever!! We stopped in a Schnuck's store awhile back since they were in the area where we were for the day. We needed some Ziploc bags - their shelf for them was bare!?! What? Crazy, right? They apparently have a stocking problem. Never again will we step foot in a Schnuck's. Give Dierberg's a try. If you have a problem, find an employee to help.

Absolutely delicious, decadent baked goods every single time! I’ve never had a bad experience with Dierbergs Bakery, their cupcakes are absurdly delicious and they have a wonderful variety of flavors!

Workers are friendly. Never had an issue finding items. Only problem is that there is only a few cash registers open, even during the busy hours of the week or holiday season.

If you're gonna advertise that you have items for sale in your meat department you should be prepared to make those items and not be a pain in the butt.

At this store today attempting to buy toilet paper, nothing was priced so I asked an employee working in that aisle about pricing. "it's between $10-$15 was the response-we don't know the pricing"I pointed this out to the assistant store director who was disinterested! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

I went here on Monday at 6pm and was severely disappointed. I went to the meat case to get seasoned chicken breast and found everything to be covered and closed down. I finished my shopping and went to the girl at the self checkout. I asked what time the meat department closed and she said 8, at this point it was 6:15. I decided to go to the regular check out area and asked the person there and they said 8 too so it was definitely supposed to close at 8. I left and then went to Schnucks up the street where I will now be going for all of my shopping.
