Great experience yesterday! Super friendly and helpful. I called ahead and talked to the manager and asked if they could help me with my list. I had to shop for 4 busses groceries. The band I was shopping for was on their second day of tour and needed to stock up. They had two lists each and over 100 random specific items they wanted me to pick up and keep separate by bus. The young woman working behind the counter with pink hair and nose piercings needs to lose the attitude. She had made me a dinner and put the wrong price on it, asked to change it and she refused. It took a manager to do it.

I have shopped at Dierberg's Heritage Place for just over ten years. The store is always cleaner and better organized than anywhere else I shop (unless I happen to visit another Dierberg's). Things are usually in stock when other stores are out. The physical condition of the store, inside and out, is well kept and attractive.
