Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a jersey Mike's. Food is always good, but service was awful. Took 20 minutes to get food. Was waiting for my food all while another customer came in got their food and left. Then proceeded to wait 5 more minutes for my order.

My new favorite sandwich place. Very friendly and personable staff. You can tell the staff enjoys working there. Definitely better sandwich place than their counterpart Subway and they are not stingy with a portions of deli meat.

Trash service and didn’t acknowledge me walk in … I stood for 10 min until some girl that barley speak English asked me about a online order I told her no I’m payin with cash then she called up another customer that did have a online order and told me to stand away from the register and wait … wait for what exactly? No explination at all. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Kuddos to the two workers that were running their butts off to keep up! Shame on ownership/management for not figuring out how to staff appropriately. Watched at least five other people walk out before I ultimately did because there were only two people working. I drove down the street to jj's and got my sub before I'm sure I would have even gotten to order here

Hello, today I was very taken back by your general managers behavior in a situation that she could've handled differently had she been more understanding to the customers needs. I made an order for delivery on December 3rd, 2023, to be delivered to my place of employment 12:30 pm on December 4th, 2023. When it was close to that time, i received a call from my doordash delivery person, that Jersey Mikes did not have a order in their system for me. I immediately called the store. Oksana (the general manager) answered the call. Before I could even tell her who I was she started in with i needed to complain to the app, because she did not have a order for me. I explained to her that this was not my first time ordering this way, due to my job being demanding i order delivery so that i don't have to stop working to go pick-up food. Instead Oskana continued to be very rude, talking over me and being very disrespectful, she went further to hang up on me when I asked for her name.So, because I don't take kindly to being disrespected when I pay for a service and a product and I don't receive anything in return. I stopped all that I was doing and went up to the store, because if you hang up on me you must want me to come in and talk to you in person. When I arrived, I walked up to the counter and Oskana was writing on a note pad of some sort, I asked her for her name. She begrudgingly gave me her name, when I asked how do you spell it, she rolled her eyes and huffed as if I was getting on her nerves. While speaking with Oskana about how it is poor customer service for her to hang up on customers, a employee by the name of JT decided to come and add his two cents into the conversation. He stated in a smart tone yes write my name down, as if to say (so what). He went on to say that I had no right to be upset, over there lack of professionalism, in so many words. I found that funny, because you are a employee trying to justify why it is okay for your general manager to hang up in my face. After being stopped by his general manager from speaking, I continued on to tell Oskana, that I will be reaching out to her boss, the owner, who's name is Jamie, from what she said.I spend my fare share of money in Jersey Mikes, and to be treated as though my service means nothing, is very disheartening and absolutely rude.When i arrived back at my place of employment, I am told by the front desk representative that i have food waiting in my office. So, after claiming they did not find my order, then hanging up in my face, they made it anyway? I do not feel comfortable eating any food from that particular shop now, because if they have issues with accountability and customer relations, then there is nothing stopping them from purposely doing things to peoples food.I will no longer give my hard earned money to this location, or any other location if this is how Jersey Mike's employees act.This situation could have been prevented had the general manager taken the time to look up my order or even showed some type of empathy in the situation instead, she showed no empathy and decided the best way to diffuse the situation was to hang up on me. I hope this is not what Jersey Mike's stands for, and I hope some type of training is offered in the future so no other customers endure someone like Oskana.Thank you!

Ordered a sandwich combo for lunch via their website for delivery and what I received was nothing of what I ordered. I tried to call and of course nobody answered so I left work to go up there and the guy at the counter said they were behind on orders. I'm sorry but if you're behind that is still no excuse for completely making someone the wrong thing. I did end up asking for a refund since I didn't have time to wait. I doubt I'll be ordering from this location again.

I love Jersey Mike's Subs. Best sub in the area where it's tough to get a decent sub. That said the Olive store in Creve Coeur is a disaster. Ordering online is 50/50 that you'll get what you ordered and how you ordered it. In store (what I did today 11/3 at 11AM) it took a bout 30 min to get my sandwich. I ordered a #26 wrap and got a sub that didn't have the bacon that's supposed to be in a #26. It's a total crapshoot if you get what you order from the grill or just something close. While I was there, bonus, I got to see the shift manager, clearly aggravated by lack of staff, dress down the 2 other workers who seemed to be in slow motion.

I've ordered from this location multiple times at this point. Each time the service was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to make our food with only 1 order ahead of us. On my most recent visit it took over 10 minutes to even start my order with again only one order being worked on before mine. Once made the food is perfectly good, love it even but it's got to be made with more urgency or I'm not going to go anymore. Lastly, a lady in front of me had to ask them not to give her brown lettuce, which they accommodated, but they should have known the lettuce was brown.Parking: Ina bit of a hole, hard to see in and out

Kinda disappointed. I haven’t been to this place in a while, service used to be typically pretty good, and mobile orders were always ready. In my most recent visit, I placed a web order at 1:41, pickup for 1:51, which is about when I arrived. Realizing it wasn’t ready, I patiently waited til 2:05 before asking a guy at the counter if they were working on it, to which he replied “yeah I think they’ve got it…”. It was another 15 minutes before my sandwich was made, so it took them about 35 mins from the time my order was placed to make my sandwich. There was a slow flow of customers, but I could have got in line 2-3 times and had my sandwich made sooner. Not great for timing on their part, and really put a bad taste in my mouth for this location, because there was no reason for this. Their sandwiches are still great, but I can drive to Manchester and probably get my food faster. Not sure if service has gone down in the last year since opening or what, but buyer beware when ordering on the app.
