We watched three people who came here after us get served before us. We waited a long time, but everyone waited a long time. My partner ordered the gladiator smoothie, cold brew flavor. He was told that wasn't a flavor option (it's on the menu..) and we were charged extra for the cold brew since he had two fruits/veggies already picked out. Just a disappointing experience.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. A friend and I, wanted to get a smoothie bowl. We went in and it smelled like rotten fruit. The lady that helped us, was so ignorant and snotty. We waited 20 minutes for 2 smoothie bowls. She did not wash her hands before making them. She put 1 glove on and then ran her fingers through her hair with that glove on then continued to put fruit on our bowls. Not to mention her hair was long and if she would have put her head anymore down it would have been in are smoothie bowls. It was absolutely disgusting. When we finally got our smoothie bowls, THEY WERE LIQUID. It was soup consistency. It was awful. We didn’t even touch them. I have went to many smoothie kings and this was horrible. Quite honestly needs to be shut down for sanitary issues.

The workers can be extremely rude, disrespectful (playing on their cell phone while taking your order, so I have to repeat my order several times), and lazy (they often shut down the bowl bar 2 hours before the restaurant closes). I spoke to the day manager and she said that bowl bar should not be shut down that early.The bowls and shakes are made as per order. The app is helpful and offers reward points.

I ordered a "Gladiator Strawberry" smoothie in-store. It took the employees nearly 20 minutes to make it, and then when they gave it to me, it was just an unblended lump of protein powder with runny strawberry water poured over it. I contacted Smoothie King customer support for a refund weeks ago and they did not reply at all.

Would not recommend this location. It took over 30 minutes for our 4 smoothies to not be made.When asked for a refund they said they could not give me one. I pressed them and they said they would contact a manager, but we were never given a call or email back. Still waiting for a refundIf you are that busy during a lunch rush, and understaffed, just turn off online ordering. The 2-4 workers were 100% overwhelmed with zero system in place for their printed tickets. They were sticking them to the sink and taking them off randomly or as people asked where their smoothie was.

It’s almost unbelievable how unprofessional and frankly, rude the young ladies working here are. My wife and I went in to get some smoothies and the two girls working were actively talking. They did not greet, acknowledge, or look at us. We waited for them to finish talking and then my wife started to order. In the middle of ordering they began talking to each other again…completely blowing us off. Finally they finished and we finished our order. The entire experience was very strange and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. As more customers entered the store we saw how disappointed and annoyed they looked. I’m honestly shocked they can get away with this behavior. By all the other reviews it seems like this has been going on for some time and management does not care to address it. If they worked for me they’d be gone.

I have had a few issues with this location. I am in food service so I know how hard it is to find help. That being said the girl behind the counter barely said a word and looked like she hated her life. They were out of bananas which is almost everything you serve. The hrs are never right online and the online ordering for my app for this location is always turned off. I love Smoothie King or I wouldn't be a member but this location needs some assistance

Person behind counter didn't greet me or say anything but was sure to tell me that the credit card Machine will first ask me if I want to leave a tip LOL. Thanks. I don't know how to read. No class. The smoothie was good though.

By far the worst experience I've at any smoothie king I've ever been to. There was a long line and the employees were moving as slow as possible. They did not have a care in the world. No one seemed to be in charge or knew what they were doing- staring at the recipe for a Smootbie that's as simple as 1 scoop or bananas, 1 scoop of strawberries, a scoop of non fat milk, some sugar, and ice. I stood in line for 15 minutes with 4 people in front of me, there were 3 employees behind the counter. After the 15 minutes I was next after the person in front of me. I saw a employee pour apple juice straight from the bottle without using the pump and that's when I decided I'd rather go to a different to get the right tasting smoothie than stand in like at the creve Couer location to get a bad smoothie. This is the result of poor training and poor management.

Customer service was great but the debit card machine couldn't read my card. It's a new card and money is on it. Couldn't purchase my smoothie

Sign on the door says "open". An employee opened the door for us and explained she is moving slow b/c she just got out of the hospital. We stood in line for about 15 minutes while she helped the customer in front of us. Two, new, employees came in and told us that we have to leave "right now" if we haven't already paid for our order. They told us they don't open until 5pm.We left and were really disappointed.Why did the first employee let us in before 5pm? Why did the second employee kick us out? Why did I spend 15 minutes of my time?It was an exceptionally bad experience.
