Our waiter, after he set my plate, noticed and said he can’t believe these were put on a plate. Should have been thrown out. He did bring me another basket of shredded onions prepared correctly. Whoever put the plate together and thought it was appropriate to send it out to a customer should be fired!“

“This place is decent. Went ther recently for a work happy hour and although my group had an entire section reserved (5 or 6 tables) the waitress seemed very concerned when we tried to push some of the tables together. Lol otherwise it was great“

If you ask, they have a list of gf and non gluten free menu items so you can make informed choices. I'm gluten intolerant not celiac so i didn't inquire regarding cross contamination. i got a juicy grilled pork chop, really good baked beans, and broccoli cauli salad: $8.95. Kids got catfish and a burger, the Slick Willy. i was told we lucked out by being able to walk in and sit down - they do get busy busy. There were some outdoor tables as well if the weather is pleasant.“

They somehow balance the atmosphere so you would be fine in jeans or nicer attire and not feel out of place either way and the food belongs in a fancy Vegas restaurant. Oh and I forgot to mention the bourbon selection (along with the other drinks), which is the best I've found in the area so far! Will definitely be back here again!“

I am so sensitive that 20 ppm is still too high for my body's response, and even though I was aware of the possibility of cross-contamination, they went far above and beyond and took additional preventative measures to ensure my safety. Now, with that out of the way, I recommend trying the gluten-free pizzas and the bruchetta. “It looks a little basic from outside. Inside holds bar seating, and a myriad of tables. It is not fancy.But,the food! The food is delicious. Pretty much all of it. We have gone many times, and everyone always loves their chosen dish. The chef is wonderful and the staff is courteous and does a great job. They have daily specials which also prove delish each time. Our favorite is the Sunday chicken dinner. It’s the only restaurant we have been to where the chicken breast is not salted to point of inedible. Fresh mashed potatoes are wonderful. Highly recommend this neighborhood restaurant.“

The smoked Turkey was super flavorful and tender. Definitely try the spicy house bbq sauce on the turkey and the baked beans. Chefs kiss. The greens weren't my cup of tea. They weren't bad, just was missing a little something for my taste. I would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.“

There 4 doordashers waiting on orders I walked up and told her the name she was instantly annoyed and told me move aside. She was even more rude to the dasher behind me. I gave you 5 stars because the restaurant isn't the reason there was a problem it was the host or waitress. Dashers help your business by delivering food to your customers that would not have ordered from here if we didn't deliver it. Maybe shes having a bad day but all of us even customers sitting down to eat all heard what she said to us and they were shocked. Its completely unnecessary to be rude to us because we are not sitting down to eat. Were delivering your food to your customers and I dont appreciate how I was treated. I dont think I will ever take my family back to jj's because of that ladys comments to us.“

“I love the nice atmosphere of Longhorn Steakhouse. It is very comfortable inside and the decor is Western. Our server was very polite, courteous, and our order came quickly. We had the steak and shrimp dinner with whatever two sides you like. The spring salad were good with cucumber and tomato. Plus the warm loaf of bread that is served with butter is delicious. Our dinner was good but a little on salty side, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it.“

Only took a couple or three minutes before menus were delivered and drinks were ordered. Started off with a pretzel. It was huge and served right - fresh, hot and on a hanger. Delivered by one of the owners with a smile. Good pretzel, good sauces. I have a special weakness for deep fried food, so I had to try the deep fried Monte Cristo with the strawberry rhubarb compote. It did not disappoint. It seems to be a signature dish. Not sure where the inspiration for that came from, but it would not be out of place at the Texas State Fair (where they deep fry anything and everything). Decor is...neighborhood bar? They have a cash discount, so bring some. Not sure how I have overlooked this place until now.“

Cons were the onion rings were not pat down before fried, so there was water dripping out when taking a bite, which also caused them to be soggy instead of crispy. The flavor on the breading was good though. I wouldn't recommend the chicken as mine lacked flavor and was extremely dry.“

The chicken strips were crispy and very tender. It was Lacking some seasoning, in my opinion, but overall very decent chicken. Nice dipping sauces, though.I had the ribeye and ribs combo. Ribs were bananas. I usually object to fall off the bone ribs, but these had char. They were moist and had amazing flavor.We also had a garden salad and baked potato. Both were great. Dessert was a strawberry cheesecake.Great food!Had an issue, and Lily, and Manager helped resolve it. We are grateful for hard-working waitstaff, but even the best restaurants will have an issue.
