this is the worst Jamba Juice in the world. The one at West County in St. Louis at the mall has horrible customer service. Very racist. Unprofessional. incredibly completely untrained. It needs to be shut down!

It’s nice place to grab some energy. I liked the taste of Caribbean Passion in whic mango strawberry and other fruits are mixed. Really good service. It was quick.

Got a gotcha matcha and it tasted very watered down and iced tea was used not green tea. Tasted horrible. Lady was rude not welcoming as well.~june 14 2:00pm

Jamba Juice is my favorite smoothie spot and It sucks there's not enough Jamba Juice's in St. Louis. The closest one to me is in the West County Mall and I still have to drive 30-minutes. I usually don't go out of my way so I guess I'm stuck with Smoothie King...but every time I go to the mall, I will choose Jamba Juice over Starbucks (even though I love Starbucks, too)My favorite smoothie since middle school's been "orange dream machine". (This is when I lived in Cali)Compared to the one I grew up with in California, I can say this one isn't great. However...my drink came out pretty quickly and cashiers seem nice and friendly. They can work on brightening the space and cleaning up some clutter.

Awful service. Closed 20 minutes early and the team ran off the line of 4 people including myself? And was super rude. Wouldn’t give a time for early closers for future reference... I’ve been here twice. Each time staff was rude. They lack service with a smile. They must really hate working here.
Products are fine, but staff need attitude adjustment. Each time we order, the girls working act like they do not want to be working there -- practically threw my daughter's Acai bowl at her today. We just try to ignore the attitude; my son regularly orders Mango a go-go whenever he's there.

Sunday, December 1st my four year old and I visited this location around 3:45. The lady running the register clearly did NOT want to be there and it was known not just by me but other customers as well. She was rude and all around unfriendly to customers and other coworkers... I usually don’t write reviews but if this was someone representing my company I would want to know. Other than that the lady who made the smoothie was cheerful and very pleasant! Smoothie was great too!

horrible service, the lady was rude for no reason, left me in tears. we got the wrong size and were trying to figure it out and she yelled at us :( but the smoothie was good so i gave it an extra star for that.
