My food was very old and inedible with all three entrees and the noodles you can tell were scrapped up as the last in the bowl. I called to express my concerns and disappointment and was told to call the customer service number on google for a refund. No apology or anything! This is terrible for those who get their food delivered and have no other options for food. Please do better or just close the location because it’s not fair to your customers. Y’all wouldn’t want to eat food that looked or taste like this.

This is very sad!! My son purchase food from Panda Express West County mall. I wanted the Chili crispy shrimp, but they didn't have it. I ordered Beef and Broccoli, with fried rice, and I got half done rice, big pieces of uncooked Broccoli with about 3 tiny pieces of meat which I'm assuming was the beef. I paid my money for some inedible food!

I ordered delivery. The noodles where not done or seasoned like usual. DoorDash also gave me another person's food, not at all what I ordered. Unfortunately it took so long to get to my house that it was nearly cold as I tried to eat it. The driver didn't even confirm it was correct. Very very disappointed.

Let’s say DANA THAT WORKED AT ABOUT 1:40 pm yesterday Wednesday December 15 WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND IM NOT ONE TO THROW RACE IN TO THINGS BUT IM PRETTY SURE THAT WAS PART OF IT THE OTHER PART WAS JUST BLANKLY DISRESPECT I walked up to pick up order she looked me dead in my eyes and continued to converse with her coworker then read the order and confirmed I but still gave me wrong order just a bag of white rice that’s unacceptable and just worst customer service ever

The food was oilier than expected. The chicken in the kung pao and mushroom dishes were tough. The portions are the same as other locations. Service is slow as they are understaffed. If you’re craving Panda Express, the lower food quality and service is not too noticeable.

I would give it negative Stars if I could. For one their hours inconsistent because they're supposed to be open till 11:00 to 7:00 but I feel like they just open and close whenever they feel like and being understaffed it's an exception excuse. Yesterday I was in line for over 40 minutes while I was on my lunch break and this untitled little brat of a manager who didn't like the fact that this lady was standing up to him and threw away all the food so she couldn't have any and then made new food and she was being denied service even though she works at the mall as well. Then took the subject even farther and got security involved when he was in the wrong and wanted her removed from the food court

This location is giving Panda Express a bad name reputation and making people not want to eat here . I know other panda locations are good but this specific location is very bad . The food quality is very low . Every time I go here the food is sitting out and old . The only time the food is not old is when they cook it right in front of you which take 20 minutes or more to do so .
