Absolutely delicious. My son got the chocolate with chocolate sauce today and holly cow it was delicious. I love how rolling the icecream gives it a different texture. It's really addictive and a real treat for yourself or a family to enjoy. The location was very clean and the stuff had our order ready quickly and made perfectly .

The workers here are always lazy and have horrible customer service. They saw us in line for 10 minutes and when it was our turn they didn’t want to serve us because they closed. They always have a bad attitude with customers and they get mad if you approach to them to order.

My son says the rolled ice cream is 5 stars. The bubble tea was just ok, I've had better. The lady who took our order was friendly as was the guy who made the ice cream. It is in a mall food court so it was loud, but thankfully a table was open.

My daughter and her friend loved this place! We all loved watching the guy make and roll the ice cream. The dragon's breath candy made us look like we were smoking, which was really funny. The ice cream tastes really good too. I read other reviews about this place having poor customer service, but we did not experience that at all. Our order was taken promptly and they were friendly.

girl working could not understand me at all, had to repeat my order about 10 times before she could get it. then she went and threw milk into a cup with flavourless pearls on the bottom. didn’t even shake it up with the machine

the ice cream is really delicious and the dragon breath balls are a great experience for children! the only sad thing is that the 3 employees are very angry all the time and the cashier has a scowl face! I don't feel like asking for more details about what they offer because the cashier scares me.

When we approached the register the man working just sat there on his phone as if we weren’t there, I waited a few minutes and he still didn’t take our order so I just started stating it. The ice cream was ok but I had ordered a boba tea and he had spilled syrup all down the outside of the cup, I hadn’t noticed when I went to get the cup from him and he didn’t say anything as well, when I set the cup down at my table and saw that I now had syrup all over I looked back up at him and saw him just wipe off his hands and get back to being on his phone.

Apparently they close at 7:30, I check the comments and it’s the same people running it. No accountability within the business. Shut the place down. Go get icecream somewere else. This business does not deserve money

I gave three stars to this snow factory, boba tea is $5 per glass, but nothing even close to a boba tea milkshake. They have all same flavors just add caramel if you want caramel or if you want chocolate cookies they will put cookies on top. ? its a clean store, with no variety. Ice creams are good.

Wanted to get some boba tea, however the boba wasn't ready yet. Instead of saying "Sorry the boba isn't ready yet, however it'll be ready in an hour", both of the employees glared at me as I approached them and had a rude attitude when they spoke.

I’ve never seen employees so uninterested in my business, they acted like I was an inconvenience. My ice cream was not mixed together, they put small sprinkles on top instead of mixing in so I basically had 90% vanilla ice cream.

After waiting and looking at the menu for almost 10 minutes and being ignored by the staff, we were finally acknowledged and told that they were closed. Weird since I have never been somewhere that closes at 7:43.
