“March 5th, 2024. Stopped by to try it, very nice people, very clean place, smelled nice too. Well lit, but not blinding, and music not loud. Dining room, open area, seats about 50 to 70 maybe. I don't eat pork, they had a lot of chicken options. I ordered two bbq chicken breast sandwiches, big portions, hand cut skinny fries, was delicious. BBQ for chicken (usually honey mustard, I ordered BBQ sauce instead), was tangy, mildly sweet, thin, but generous, not spicy hot but still spicy. I liked it. Lettuce and tomato was fresh, not bitter or bland. As always, lately, it's the prices of things that bother me. I got the 2 big sandwiches and 1 fries, $30.29. no drinks. So basically a little higher than other fast food places. But it wasn't fast food that is yucky when cold. This was hot, fresh, and actually smoked chicken fillets, not off flavor chicken, but slightly sweet, real smoke, and that pleasant bit of smoked dryness with juicy toppings. “The ambient is chill n the people on site were friendly. The food is totally not as expected for a B.B.Q venue. I ordered the steak burger with the house salad n a baked potato. Others ordered the B.B.Q ribs. My burger came out on plate, displaying a burger patty: "dried n no flavor, a thing of sour cream (No butter) n some water down dressing gor tye patty: although I asked for a medium well. Hhmm.. where is the bun, lettuce, tomato m pickles, etc..."thought to myself"n shred it outloud...lol... The ppl at the table looked n wondering the same. I'm glad I'm NOT blind after looking at the Solar Eclipse earlier.... hehehe... I then requested for the waitress to bring me the above items. (Steak burgers do not come on a bun, lettuce, tomato, etc.. but she will bring those to me as she said). Since tye patty is dry, therefore I requested for b.b.q sauce n WOW... it was so water down that I was about to give up on trying the steak burger. I then asked to see if the restaurant has a different b.b.q sauce that is một water down. The mgmt brought me the thicker b.b.q sauce as he said when he handed it me. I give it a try even though I know it's not any better than the other sauce just by the look of it. The ppl at the table were disappointed with their ribs as well. The meat was overcooked. Overall, this is NOT the place to indulge in a good B.B.Q quality. In addition, I would recommend for all servers to leave a pitcher of water at each table, so cus6can rcan freely refill their own water when they are busy. “I stopped by while passing through for lunch. I eat mainly carnivore, or everything left after the vegans leave. I was able to get brisket, pulled pork, and pork steak only. It was charged by the pound a la carte and very delicious. Spicy Mustard was great as well.Meat was lightly seasoned, good bark and medium smoke flavor.My favorite was the brisket!!
