Each time I have gone to the Chipotle in Ellisville, I am more and more disappointed. I feel like the quality and value have decreased as the price has increased. I won't be back anytime soon.
This Chipotle location messes up our orders more often than not. Tonight they left out the protein from my daughter's kids meal. Also didn't have her drink and chips in the bag. Of course, you can't just call the store to tell them about the issues...have to go through the corporate mess to reach a customer service rep.

Chipotle has great food that is fresh, I eat here a lot for lunch.I order online which is convenient but not always easy as the app must be updated far too often and isn't always functioning. One can order in the app & it will be ready for pickup in about 10 min. they have shelves for online orders just walk in, search for you name & go. Quick & simple.
