Chipotle has great food that is fresh, I eat here a lot for lunch.I order online which is convenient but not always easy as the app must be updated far too often and isn't always functioning. One can order in the app & it will be ready for pickup in about 10 min. they have shelves for online orders just walk in, search for you name & go. Quick & simple.

This Chipotle location messes up our orders more often than not. Tonight they left out the protein from my daughter's kids meal. Also didn't have her drink and chips in the bag. Of course, you can't just call the store to tell them about the issues...have to go through the corporate mess to reach a customer service rep.

STAY AWAY. Whoever the middle aged gentleman working the counter the night of 1/20/2024 might be the nastiest staff member my wife has ever interacted with. He started by accusing her of lying about her order, then, when he was proved wrong, chose to THROW her chips at her. She actually left your establishment in tears (not an easy feat). Unbelievably horrid.

Manager basically told us to 'pound sand' when we returned with ONE receipt for our order after a notice from PayPal that we had been billed for TWO orders. Took the PayPal documentation in and was told without a receipt (for an order we didn't make) he wasn't going to do anything. The young person at the register at the time of purchase was overwhelmed and near tears. He lost good customers today. Hope it was worth it.
