“Just went to Chuck's on South Kingshighway (old Courtesy Diner) near Tower Grove Park. So glad they are there. What great food and service. Had 3pc tenders (Level 3) and Chicken Sandwich (Level 2). Both were great; good flavor, crunchy breading, and juicy. I prefer my chicken on the spicier side, so I'd go with Level 3 from now on. Pickles added great flavor and crunch. They have other higher levels of heat, as well as a Zero Level for those that just want great fried chicken. Also had the seasoned fries, which were hot and crispy; green beans (very good and typical southern style with bacon and onions); and slaw which we also really enjoyed. Finally the service was fast and very customer friendly. I recommend giving it a try and I'll definitely be back.“
“The chicken is really good, especially Nashville Hot! I love their fries the most, but unfortunately when I order they are often undercooked. Sometimes the fries are too big and they get undercooked, as shown in the pic. Chicken is great, but sometimes a little too chewy. The staff is very nice and the pickup is usually ready right around the time it says it will be.“
“That's some delicious fried chicken. Well breaded and fried with a nice base level of spiciness. I got a recommendation to check it out, so I was a little surprised they didn't have different levels of spiciness, but it was very tasty, so it worked for me.Standard sides are beans and slaw, which were both good. The fried okra was a step up and fresh with a good batter. We were a walk-in party of 8, which they were easily able to accommodate, but the food took a little longer than we anticipated. Well worth the wait.“
“First time here. Music was great but still able to talk with your table! Drinks were spot on. Madison was excellent and listened to special requests. The food was was great. Recommend the wings with house sauce! Will be back again for sure.“
“Went in for takeout for the first time. My wife ordered a chicken ceasar wrap, and I was talked into the wings. I ordered a large fry to split. Food was good, but after the food cost and takeout fee it got a little pricey for 2 people. Pictured is the Wings ($13) and the Large Fries ($8). Wings and fries were good, but not $21 + takeout fee good.“
“I don’t normally write reviews for fast food, but the service was 12/10. The manager helped me get out of the drive through line and even stopped traffic so I wouldn’t have to wait for the car in front of me. Food also was hot and delicious.“
“The young lady who worked the drive-thru window was amazingly and surprisingly nice. She held a conversation with us while we waited, and she was genuinely interested in what I said back. I only purchased a strawberry cookies and cream shake. I usually don't go for the food because the fries get cold too quickly and it's always a hit or miss with the macaroni and chicken being overcooked. Go for the drive-thru go, not the food.“
“My office attempted to do a group order from another chicken chain restaurant and we had issues with progress. At the last minute we decided to order from Raising Cane's instead. We had 15 orders which we placed at 11 o'clock to be picked up at noon. The online group ordering process is flawless. When we arrived at the Ellisville, MO location a few minutes early, the employees working the front met us with smiles and apologized they were still getting everything together. We left the restaurant just after noon. The employees working up front were very friendly and well organized with our large order. Back at the office, all of our employees were happy because all of the orders were correct, the food was fresh!Raising Cane's will be on our list for future orders for sure!“
“Most pleasant chick fil a experience I've had in a while! Everyone I encountered were genuinely happy and friendly! Plus it has a playground still! I will definitely be back with my kiddos! So clean and food was fresh and hot!Kid-friendliness: Playground open!“
“Really great customer service and fast delivery of services. Store manager was so kind to offer refills while we were eating, which at a mall location, is unheard of. I usually don’t make review’s especially at mall locations, but best experience I’ve had at a mall. Food was amazing as always.“
“Probably the closest to great Portuguese/African food we'll ever get in St. Louis! Chicken was not dry and had a nice charcoal flavor. Recommend the Medium hot if you want a balance and flavor of just the right amount of spice. Extra Hot was fruity and floral with a very slow burn that will wake you up! Prices are definitely high with the taxes. Be sure to review your receipt carefully. Delicious.“
“Food is always good and hot. Doesnt take long to get your order. I always have had nice people taking orders and have always been friendly ,I have never had a bad experience.Parking: Big Bend plenty places to park easy access for wheel chair and handicap parking spotsKid-friendliness: Kid friendly ,cant hurt anything.and high chair for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Parking spots available for handicapped able to enter doors. Bathroom is large enough ,and roomy.“
“While this Chik-fil-A is located in the 2nd worst parking lot in the St. Louis Area, everyone who works there is always friendly and gives quick and helpful service. Food is standard for Chik-fil-A, so it’s hot and delicious. They recently remodeled and the place looks much nicer than it did before.“
“Need to bring back large shakes, not this tiny kid sized cup thing they are pushing...Lol they got rid of the drive up window and replaced it with a door so they can take order to your car before you even have a chance to make it to the window - they know how to make money!!!!“
“Very clean inside. The woman who I presume is the owner goes above and beyond to take care of the guests, and is also very patient with the other employees.Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple tables designated as for chair users. Plenty of room inside to maneuver. The employees are super kind so they'll help you with anything.“
“Food was definitely tasty and decent portion. The price seems to have increased however. Kids play are is good size and my son had a lot of fun! Even a Chick fila car suspended at the top! Great job with the play area for kids. However, very odd rules, can't be over 54" tall to enter, but inside it states no one over age 3 can play in this area. Seems very tall for only 3 yr old.“
“Went through the drive thru and got an 8 piece along with the sandwich combos. I got to the window and asked to replace something with mashed potatoes and had no issue. They wet even nice enough to give my dog a couple pieces of chicken without me even needing to ask.“
