“It is probably my fault that I don't rate this 5 stars. It was mid-afternoon, and they did not have a very good selection of doughnuts. They had doughnuts on a rack in the back that I could see, but the display case was very bare. I like a wide variety of Krispy Kreme doughnuts ?. It must have been bad timing for me. There was a line of 4 more people after me. I'm not sure what doughnuts they were able to buy.“
“This donut shop is phenomenal! I don’t even know how to tell you how amazing they are. I’ve tried A LOT of donut shops in and around the St. Louis area as doing so, is part of my business. I do Donut Walls for weddings and events. Donut Drive In has NEVER disappointed me! They are top notch! Always so fresh and tasty! Wedding guest LOVE their donuts. Every time I order from them, I’m impressed by the whole process from easily ordering them online, to picking them up. I love that option! The staff including Erin, are exceptional! Is the front walk in area small? Yes, but who cares! It’s an old fashion AMAZING donut shop that isn’t made for you to sit down and eat inside. Oh they’re just so delicious! They are always making the donuts fresh. Every time I pick them up, they’re like friendly busy bees. Bravo to you all for keeping up the donut quality and standards that the original owner sooooo many years ago implemented.“
“The team of (3) fantastic women this morning were absolute warriors in the face of adversity. The ordering system was down upon arrival and they still opened up shop promptly at 6:30 AM. They offered to see if placing an online order would still work to accept payment, we tried, and it worked. I got hot delicious donuts 15 min later and made it on time to my breakfast meeting. Great job gals and big shout out to you for not using an easy excuse to pass on business. Keep it up!“
“Visited this little gem in Maplewood two days in a row. Such a quiet and beautiful place located next to a cute little park. We stopped in and sampled their toast trio, donuts, coffee and absolutely loved it all. The staff is incredible sweet and on our 2nd visit they were hosting an open mic for the String Collective. Not only did we get to bask in the sun, we got to listen to incredible performance while eating our yummy treats. We will be back!“

“Me and my daughter went in to get donuts this morning. It was our first time here. My little girl wanted a pink donut, but we did see any in the case. The employee working was so nice. She put icing and pretty pink sprinkles on her donut. The donuts were delicious and the employee was very kind. I appreciate that. We will definitely be back. This place is better than the chain restaurant donuts.“

However they didn't have too many donut options available on the day I came in--I think because I came later in the morning so they probably already sold out of many. “First time here. We like donuts and take the opportunity to try different options out there in town and when we travel. Without using google maps for the exact location, I knew this place was on Argonne St. We passed it twice because signage is only on the window and cars block the storefront and it is a tiny place. The interior has no place to eat inside and could use a bit of a make over as it is not attractive, which on first impression reflects the quality of ownership and products.We bought 8 different donuts and there were about 12 options. The yeast donuts are light and fluffy and had a good flavor. The cake donut is also on the lighter side which we really like. The custard and jelly fillings are good flavor and well filled, although could use a few more options for filled donuts- there were only 2. Nothing really "strange" about the donuts. Maybe just a catch name but overall they are good donuts.“
“My usual Monday morning donut stop was unexpectedly closed, so I hopped on the highway and came to Fenton looking for my fix. It was well worth the drive!I'm typically more of a fan of glazed donuts vs iced ones, but the icing at this shop is really good! The maple bacon donut was the very best of that variety I've ever had. The maple icing was sweet and delicious, and the donut had a generous amount of bacon crumbles on it. It is phenomenal! Do yourself a favor and get two if they have them when you go. You won't be sorry. The carmel iced cinnamon roll was also excellent thanks to that icing.All of the donuts I had from this shop were delicious. Other highlights were the glazed devil's food cake donut, the carmel pecan Danish, the chocolate coconut cake donut, and the chocolate sprinkled long John. Like I said, I'm usually not a big icing guy, but I wish I had gotten more iced donuts here. It was so good!10/10, really good donuts! I'll definitely try them again!“
