Went there on Thursday night had cheese steak sandwich an Reuben sandwich both were delicious. Had the fries was filling very much. Had 2 of chunk cookies also delicious. Wasn't crowded at all waited on immediately Food was served in 5 minutes too cool. Every employee was SUPER NICE. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK DELICIOUS ?
The service was friendly, but the fries were only okay. The cheesesteak was made well, with almost enough flavor to cover up the substandard steak. It's not choice beef. It tastes more akin to liver.

Reliably good food. I often forget about Penn as an option due to it's location, always a treat when I remember to go there. The only thing I'm not crazy about is eating out of a small paper lined basket, especially with some open face foods. Sometimes I want to cut and eat with a fork which would work better out of a plate or box.
