How is it that you close at 9:20 when your hours state that you close at 10 pm? Literally parked to walk to the door and the employee locked the door. Funny thing is I know he saw me walking to the door and walked away. Definitely wouldn't spend any money with a business that operates like this. Obviously every experience is different but this really rubbed me the wrong way. Take from this review whatever you would like. The blonde manager lady (mentioned in other reviews) is absolutely horrific to her employees. She stands there and berates them and talks to them like they are trash. It was shocking and made me never ever want to go back. My heart broke for the poor cashier employee she was verbally abusing.

Reliably good food. I often forget about Penn as an option due to it's location, always a treat when I remember to go there. The only thing I'm not crazy about is eating out of a small paper lined basket, especially with some open face foods. Sometimes I want to cut and eat with a fork which would work better out of a plate or box.

Went there on Thursday night had cheese steak sandwich an Reuben sandwich both were delicious. Had the fries was filling very much. Had 2 of chunk cookies also delicious. Wasn't crowded at all waited on immediately Food was served in 5 minutes too cool. Every employee was SUPER NICE. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK DELICIOUS ?

I have always came to this location for lunch, today I came in and idk if this lady is the manager but the way she speaks to her employees or fellow cop workers is disturbing to say the least. I get it people have bad days but the way you treat people can last a lifetime. If I ever had to work with such a rude hateful person like her I’d never work in this society. Someone like that is the reason they run through their employees and have such a huge turn around with getting good people. She’s yelling at her staff while customers are in the store, yelling at her customers that if the food isn’t on the door dash table it will be out when it’s out. Obviously her employees are new and still learning and she’s screaming at them. It’s so sad. I had to tell the girl getting yelled at to breath and take her time it was all gunna be okay.
