I ordered the nachos and was served what looked like shredded cheese melted on top of chips in a microwave. That’s it. Cheese on chips. It was disgusting. No air conditioning in the place, one other table and it took at least 30 min to get our food. The stars are for the waitress who was very nice.

We went here for dinner, and ordered the beef brisket with Mac n cheese and fries. The french fries were good, and the Mac n cheese was regular. The brisket was dry and unseasoned unfortunately. It was about $16 after tax, and not worth it in our opinion. Highly disappointed about the brisket and wish we would have just sent it back and went else where.

First off - There is no A/C in this place so even going into it on a 90+ degree day was a question. Ordered the medium nachos, 2 meat platter and 3 meat platter. Nachos were ok, chips were old and stale though, wife got the 2 meat platter with the pulled pork and ribs, she said pulled pork was ok, ribs were stringy and fatty. My sausage and 2 servings of ribs were the exact same. Sauces very watered down, won't be returning.

I have seen this place and wanted to try it. Maybe I came on a bad day. The food was horrible. I ordered pulled pork, potatoes and beans. I can safely say that this was the 1st and last time I would eat from here.

I was taking my mom out for an early Father's Day (single mom she did it all) lunch. We almost went to Bandana's. I'm so glad that we didn't! The food here is way better and the service was awesome. I just wish that I lived in the area so that I could visit more often. ?

Everything was really dry. We ordered a delivery and it arrived in a very timely manner but the ribs were actually inedible because they were so dry. The macaroni and cheese tasted almost like it was boxed. It wasn't very cheesy or creamy like you would think it would be from a BBQ place. The brisket was also pretty. It tasted like maybe they weren't very busy and they just gave us the stuff that had been sitting for a while. The Carolina sauce was really good. The fried corn was very good and everything arrived quickly but we won't be ordering from there again. It was pretty disappointing. Maybe it's better if you eat there but I wouldn't get delivery or take out from there. We paid $50 and hardly ate any of it.

Came across Smoking Barrels BBQ as we were driving through Old Town Fenton and decided to try it for the first time. While the outside of the building isn't as appealing, the inside is super fun. Great decorations, fun table options and TVs with sound. We ordered the Barrel for 2 with Brisket, Ribs and Chicken - everything was really great. We ordered there last Ribs of the day, they were a little dry but with some of their homemade sauce it was delicious! If your craving BBQ defiantly recommend trying Smoking Barrel BBQ!!

Utter deliciousness & a smoking Value!! I had the brisket platter and it was excellent! Out of a huge pile of brisket on my plate, I didn't have to contend with wrangling around pulling out pieces of fat every other bite like I've had to at another famous place way more expensive! It's so delightful to just mow on so much beef and not encounter fatty brisket! I can't stress this enough because it's a meal-breaker for me. Also, delicious french fries and Baked potatoes casserole, and I love their bbq sauces too! My all-time favorite thing is texas toast I love this stuff they do it great! TIP: People coming off Hwy 44, it's worth it to go up the road a bit more for extra value and quality! The atmosphere is uplifting and country cute too!

Absolutely the most unflavored smoked meat ever. This was so dry. Even the freezing cold sauce did not help! This was like dry turkey skin. Get in the game. Sugarfire is winning the cup!

Went there last year before pandemic. Had the sausage & chicken nachos. Plus the sides were great. Just ordered to go. Chicken nachos with the nachos being stale. Don't remember the sauce being this running. Mac & cheese was horrible. Tasted like noodles, no cheese. Beans tasted straight out of can. No smoked flavor at all. We try to support small business but won't be back. Also forgot our dessert which wasn't edible

Received the wrong order, they refused to answer the phone and closed early so they wouldn’t even make it right. Definitely would not recommend this establishment. The food we did receive was dry and bland, no wonder they gave so much extra sauce out.
