We used the drive thru on a Sunday. It did take a few minutes but that is not a problem knowing they are scooping it to order not pre making in cups. I also had a cappuccino freezy type drink that took a bit longer than just pushing a fountain lever would. The staff was friendly which, sadly is somewhat rare these days.The atmosphere is the Baskin Robin's you know and love from your childhood. Sort of a retro ice cream soda shop feel

Decided to get ice on my birthday...and two girls working...I orded two scoops withe brownie and Carmel...I get home with only 1 scoop ...because someone can not pay attention or count to 2 ...too much money to be playing !!! PAY attention!

I just went last night. I ordered the banana royal sundae. It came in a massive container so I really thought it was some nice size scoops of ice cream. It came with two scoops of ice cream by the way. It was ALL bananas and very little ice cream. I was so disappointed, just bananas, nuts and whip cream. I wouldn't go through the drive thru next time. I'd go in and watch them make it bc wtf. It was kid scoops of ice cream I guess. Its no way it was Two scoops.

If you can look past service, you can always depend on the consistency of the ice cream and flavor options; but the rude, unrefined staff makes me not want to return.

Asked for a double scoop on a cup. Black walnut and chocolate chip. I had to wait 5 minutes with no one in front of me. I was watching three female workers have a lively conversation and with a young man that walked in. I got my order and the black walnut was good but my chocolate chip ice cream had totally melted. It’s 79 degrees and the weather was not hot at all. Customer service and cold ice cream is a must. I won’t be going back again. Would rate a zero of it was possible!!!

Where do you get these people? I asked, “Do you still have the special where you get the waffle cone with two scoops?” A long time special.The response? “Nah, sis.”Is this what we’re doing now? I will never return, especially when you can buy the ice cream at Dierberg’s.

Decided to come here for mother's day and the employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude...she decided that at 955 they were no longer going to serve customers in the drive thru because they had been busy all day even tho several of us had been sitting there for 30+ minutes. When my mom asked her if she had heard right about them not serving anyone else even though it wasn't 10 yet she said they had been busy all day and they were no longer serving anyone else as the car at the window placed a large order. My mom made a comment that she would never come back and the lady said "that's fine" I called and spoke to the shift leader who was an entirely different person than the girl taking the orders and he apologized and said there was nothing he could do about her. He had actually tried to take another order for the person infront of us but they had driven off in anger after the girl kept telling him that they had been busy all day and were no longer going to serve customers.....this location used to be amazing and I had so many fond memories going there as a kid. I will NEVER be back and if this is a franchise location I will be sure to not go to any of the locations in this franchise. I wish I could give a zero star rating.
