I rated 3 stars overall bc they were out of several sides at 1pm, and they forgot some things on my sandwich. Also forgot to use my rewards money towards my total. Still a good experience, and the food was amazing!

I went to the Florissant location for Thanksgiving turkey breast honey roasted and it was great the flavor was great the service was great. When I went on Christmas in which I pre-ordered they didn't have it ready and we had to wait, the prepaid people had to wait longer than the people that were just walking in. So I'm guessing that they gave my prepaid turkey to a walk-in person anyway when we got the turkey it just wasn't that good at all. Also in addition to that I just called them three times and the phone rang about 15 times each to ask a question about a product that I got an advertisement for and they did not answer. I called the Olivet location and someone nicely picked up after the second ring. I am now going to discontinue my visits to the Florissant location which is only 10 minutes away from me and go to the Olivet location from this point forward.

I purchased 2 sandwiches today. Both sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. Also purchased what I thought was broccoli salad. Whatever it was, it was extremely salty. I have supported this restaurant many times in the past. Service was good before. I don't know what was going on there today. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered a gift catering order for delivery to a widow on the weekend. Called on Monday morning to be sure it was delivered and was told they did not have the order and it was not. So, I called another company and had a delivery scheduled. Then, I was charged for the large order. When I called back I was told it was delivered on the weekend. Therefore, the recipient got 2 orders from us and we spent double. The Manager would not do anything to assist in this debacle. They have lost our future business .

I went to buy a couple of small ham bones for the holidays and of course they didn't disappoint! I love their ham bones, they always have enough meat on them to sneak a sandwich out of before whatever I'm using it to cook with.
