POPEYE'S CLOSE THIS LOCATION! YOU AND YOUR WORKERS SUCK!! I don't understand why I bother placing an order with this location. I requested a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and a Sprite, but received a regular chicken sandwich without pickles, fries, and a lemonade instead. It's frustrating that they consistently get my order wrong. How does this location manage to stay in business? Sick of spending hard-earned money at a location that does not care about their jobs.

Nobody knew how to do anything up there. Was doing a order on door dash and I was waiting there for a hour. Waited approximately 15 - 20 minutes for a drink after we got the food, took a team of four to make it.

I ordered a large red beans and rice. I received 3 small red beans and rice. I am ready to eat. The rice in all 3 was so hard.i called and I received no answer about the situation. It will not go doin in the rice you can see it in the picture. It’s hard.

There is ALWAYS something wrong when I go to this location, either they’re only taking cash because the system is down or you have to have correct change because they can’t give anything back. This evening, for the third time… I went in to order their party wings and for the third time, they told me that they couldn’t serve me because the chicken for the party wings is frozen. How could this happen for the third time!? I can’t believe that a place that sells chicken, has no clue on how to unthaw chicken… I’m so done with them…I will no longer try to spend my money here.

Popeyes has really went down quality wise... They hire drug addicts, always out of something on the menu.. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker the girl immediately told me I need a correct change and if I was using a card to come inside, I asked her what did she say she repeated everything and then asked me did I do I got it? Like who does that speak to people like that.. if you advertise chicken wings at least half chicken wings in the store..
My food what horrible as hell!! I pay to much money to be getting old food to where I can’t even eat it!! Biscuits taste like it was spoiled!! They need to get people in there that want to

Really wish I knew why I went to this location. Rep at the drive thru tells me no drinks, I am charged full price for two combo meals. The one box does not have my wifes side of fries in them and I did not get my side of mac n cheese, also was given the wrong chicken sandwich. So I was charged full price for my food when I don't get two drinks, did not recive either side (mac n cheese is a $1 up charge) and recieved the wrong sandwich. So sad.
