Beautifully Macabre

I hadn’t been to Qdoba in quite a while, this location really used to be the best at giving great portions. Now they want to religiously charge $2 more for ONE scoop of extra ANYTHING. Over $11 for HALF a bowl of toppings, like they’re afraid to give you a decent amount! No thanks, after waiting in their ridiculously long line, that seemed to not actually move, for AT LEAST 45 minutes, I decided to just cancel my order because it’s not worth it, especially when they were out of a topping that I wanted. They’re just as bad as chipotle now, if not worse! Thankfully it’s not ALL Qdoba’s, just THIS awful location. I went to a different location and got the exact same order with GREAT HEFTY proportions of EVERYTHING, and the price was still $11, which I gladly paid this time. Won’t be going to this location again unless they finally get their act together and quit skimping their toppings while trying to overcharge for every little thing.

For starters I’m not a St Louis native will say this establishment has fallen in the category with establishments I’ve eaten in the city. PISS POOR ATTITUDE! Trying to place my order was an experience I could live without. The ladies that were taking my order had unpleasant vibe. Like maybe she was having a bad day or what goes the case… I was being extremely kind to her… I couldn’t even place my order correctly due to her rushing me. $63 order too. I wouldn’t go back there again.

Worst location!! I have given them many chances due I’m done with this location. The staff is unprofessional, very messy countertop (not clean), long lines always! Each time I visited, they are always out of an item. They charge $2 for an extra scoop of queso which is ridiculous and no other location does this! But they were out of pico and cilantro but wouldn’t accommodate me for a little more queso on my burrito. I would usually go out my way to the location on St. Charles Rock Rd, but this night it was late and this north county location is much closer to my home.

Tired of always having my order made wrong. I ordered through the app. A quesadilla with chicken, fajita veggies, queso and shredded cheese. As usual no vegetables added. Didn't feel like calling or going back, just won't visit Qdoba anymore. The one on St. Charles Rock Rd is always out of food. Sad that this food chain has gone down.

Always out of something, asked a worker to make my food how it supposed to be made, then he said they were out of black beans… then we get to cheese out of spicy queso then proceeds to on drizzle small amount of regular queso and I say that’s barely any queso than says it’ll be extra for more… I give him a look of disbelief and he put a little more and tells cashier that’s extra so I paid $18 for a burrito… would just walked out of line but I’ve just got off work and was starving to only take bite to cold beans and rice….with tough chewy steak…. Never going back to this place again. Dont recommend just got to chipotle.

My tacos were broke when the manager made them and closed the lid. I said is thar how I'm going to be served and she said unfortunately that's how they do. She didn't offer to remake the one that broke nor did I receive a discount. This store is horrible and the attitude that followed made me wanna go off but I didn't. It's time to hold these restaurants accountable for their actions and unprofessionalism. I will never ever patronize this brand again. No locations will get me or my families business again. I will also notify my job to not order catering either.

Had a terrible experience in store today during my lunch break. Ordering my kids nacho bowl as I do at least once a week I was told that I could not have half and half rice in my bowl...? This was very confusing seeing as though I always order this bowl the same way with no problems. The staff in store, especially the manager Britney Yates, acted as though these ingredients effected her pay directly. So instead of the free ingredients being added to my bowl as they have every time before, all of my ingredients were put on the side and i was charged for each item, since I was told I would have to buy a side of rice in order to have both types. I was charged $15 for a meal that typically costs me $7. I am requesting a response from the owner at this time to discuss this issue further.Update with photos: Went to another Qdoba today located on Page Service Dr. and as expected no uncharging for rice and no problems with adding both rices to my kids size bowl.
