What a poor experience at this store. Got yelled at by the barista that clearly didn’t know anything. Not only did it take him forever to prepare our drinks (we waited over 10 min) but after asking about our free hot chocolate he started raising his voice and told us that we have to wait until the ticket comes to him so he can prepare it which didn’t make any sense as we already put in our order and the free chocolate was part of it. But he didn’t care and told us we can wait or not but he doesn’t care. Usually, I feel bad for people that are not happy with their lives but there is no reason to yell at customers and being rude. I filed a complaint with Starbucks and hope that they will take action so other customers don’t have to experience the same that we did today after spending $15 on 2 drinks. And one of the drinks was awful as he didn’t prepare it correctly.

This Starbucks is in a grocery store, but it does have sufficient seating with windows and relative privacy from the main grocery store.Customer service was exceptionally friendly and efficient when I was there, and seating was comfortable.I do prefer standalone Starbucks, but this was really good nonetheless!

Probably the slowest barista I’ve ever encountered. I ordered ahead and came in soon after it was supposed to be ready. Instead I watched as this woman didn’t acknowledge the people ahead of me & made drinks at such a slow pace that 6mins after I arrived, 4 drinks came out for other people. But nothing for the people ahead of me or my drink that was supposed to be ready awhile back. Will never come to this location again.She’s moving at a snails pace & probably getting paid a fraction of what she should.Starbucks if you want employees who care you need to care about them. So frustrating.Sunday afternoon 3:40pm, here for 10mins before she even acknowledged my presence.
