I placed an order through the app, had some other issues which resulted in me getting there 20 minutes after I placed the order, when I got there, my order was already made and had most likely been sitting for 15 minutes, the girl at the counter remade my shakes, but then my fries were cold and my chicken was old. We live within a couple miles from here. We ordered 2 Jumbo Jacks, not only was the hamburgers cold, the cheese was not freshly melted. The tacos and chicken nuggets were freshly made and still hot. The guy at the drive up window acted like he didn't want to be there.
