It was later in the night and they were busy which I really do understand and we always give grace for. We waited for our food for over 10 min at the window. We were asked 3 times to verify what we had ordered and the ordered was still incorrect when we arrived home and took out our food.

It's not the 1st time this has happened. But I ordered mozzarella sticks and got no sauce. I ordered egg rolls and got no sauce. On those 2 things the sauce is what makes the food good. And we wanted sauce for our chicken sandwich and didn't get it. Or online order receipt says we ordered it. And we reminded them at the window. Manager says I can drive 15min on way back up there for sauce. Then I would have cold food. And wasted my time and gasoline on there mistake. What great customer service!
