Ordered a Dave's double combo, I only asked that there would be no mustard, add mayo and no lettuce, well they couldn't even get that right, they added mustard and did not add mayo, the exact opposite of what I wanted. It's $13 for a combo to still get it wrong, insane. Need more training.

The prices are out of control at wendy's! It was almost $7 for a jr bacon cheeseburger and 4 piece nuggets. I'm not that old a Junior bacon cheeseburger used to be 99-cents, and same with the four piece nugget. If anything the food quality has gone down and the price has gone up. No more Wendy's for this guy!

We ordered 4 $2 Double Burgers on March 28, 2024. Told them we wanted the $2 ones more then once, at 78 years of age, we did not know we were supposed to have them scan a code on my app and they didn't tell us, so we were charged regular price, which would not have been so bad except our burgers were missing alot, no tomatoe, lettuce almost a pickle, onion, 1 slice of cheese instead of 2 with the 2 patties. But a whole lot of ketcup. We have been going to Wendy's all over the United States and this was the worse. The worst thing is they are by the Stadiums in Independence MO and I pitty anyone who went there before or after the Royals season opener. I hope none of the got sick like we did. We have decided that even this one is close to us, we will go else where to a different Wendy's from now on. When I called to ask about it, they were very rude and hung up on me twice.

What I ordered: a single pretzel baconator meal with light mayo, a large natural lemonade with no ice, and a large fry + a double pretzel baconator combo meal with a large cherry coke no ice and cheese friesWhat I actually got: a single baconator meal with plenty of mayo, a large natural lemonade *with* ice, a large fry + a Dave’s double (no pretzel bun, not a baconator) + regular fries + my cherry coke *with* iceWhile the employees did make new drinks without ice, they wouldn’t give me my cheese fries without making me pay for a whole new order of cheese fries. Not sure why they couldn’t just ring it up as a side of cheese sauce or something and give me the other fries for free because I shouldn’t have to pay for the employees’ mistakes. I didn’t even notice that the double pretzel baconator was a Dave’s double until I got home though, so that really sucks because the pretzel baconator is a limited time thing.In addition to all of the ways they screwed our order up I’ve also just come here many times and had other issues between employees flat-out ignoring me or the speaker being broken etc. I’m just tired of wondering if I’m going to get what I pay for or if I might even be ignored when they’re clearly open so I’m done with this Wendy’s.

If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. It’s 2024 what’s so hard about providing fresh food and good customer service especially if you have a long wait time!! I seen at least 5 employees no reason why food wasn’t coming out fresh and hot!! Not only were the male employees very disrespectful and very argumentative but was very unethical, unskilled and unqualified. Not one person that came to the window showed empathy or ownership and or took accountability for the long wait, lack of fresh food and lack of good customer service! Get it together, very sloppy and careless! I guarantee if management roll those cameras back they would see that on today those employees represented Wendy’s so poorly!! Do better and represent your company in a positive way even if is just Wendy’s!! if you don’t like customer service or your job get a NEW JOB! Because Chick-fil-A would NEVER!!!! Superb service!! ?

This Wendys has YET to ever get my order right, told the cashier twice I wanted a med frie with my burger. Burger came up no fries, manager came us and said well you didn't pay for them so thats it. Tossed my burger to me and walked away.
