The food was fine, but I ordered my burger without sauce and it still had sauce. I also ordered a shake and they gave me a concrete. I also got a cheese curd that was so burnt it looked like a piece of charcoal. Everything tasted fine though.

I was very pleased with my visit the other day. The service was great. The chili was delicious. And the place was full. Not one unhappy face in the house. I will be back for the grilled chicken sandwich next time.
I was not impressed with the burger I got was bland and unsatisfying more vegetables than meat buns were doughy , tea was foggy and taste like yesterdays please learn how to cook , it was grossTheir I made it right I got sick off of your food

OH MY WORD!!! Have you ever read posts on here and thought “no way I’d ever have an experience that bad!” FREDDY’s IS TERRIBLE. What a disaster of a place. The floors, tables and chairs all dirty and greasy. I almost fell a ton on the slick floor, others were slipping and sliding. THEN! We ordered two concretes and a shake. Took forever and when we got them, they were like soup. The lady could have cared less. She said “we are closing at 4 so we sit our ice cream out”WHAT?!!? They made us feel like we were the ones with the problem. We got our money back and slid out of there. Never again.

Hot and fast, what Steak'n'Shake could have been before their malaise. Workers here are not chatty, but fast and efficient. A bit noisy but you likely won't notice while you're enjoying your meal. Grab one of a variety of signature sauces for your fries. The custard here is on par with Culver's (++), and maybe a half-tier down from a specialty joint.
