Hot and fast, what Steak'n'Shake could have been before their malaise. Workers here are not chatty, but fast and efficient. A bit noisy but you likely won't notice while you're enjoying your meal. Grab one of a variety of signature sauces for your fries. The custard here is on par with Culver's (++), and maybe a half-tier down from a specialty joint.
I have to admit that Freddy's has some of the best customer service around. Poor customer service has become something we quietly accept at many fast food places and Freddy's really does blow them away. Their fry's aren't my favorite but the place is clean, the food is good and the service is top notch

I was very pleased with my visit the other day. The service was great. The chili was delicious. And the place was full. Not one unhappy face in the house. I will be back for the grilled chicken sandwich next time.
