I’m normally not one to complain, but I felt it necessary to provide this feedback. I ordered a burger with fries on the app at 11:10am asking for it to be ready for curbside pickup by 11:45am. I arrived at 11:43am, waited a few minutes, called at 11:51am, they said it’d be just a couple more minutes. I asked for confirmation, “So just 2 more minutes?” The lady said yes. It was given to me at 12:03pm. The burger wasn’t even warm. Fries were warm.I won’t be coming back to the Jeff City iHop.

The waitress took my order and came back 10 minutes later with an, almost, empty pitcher of coffee. She was also using this pitcher to refill her other tables, coffee cups. Odd for IHOP. She tried to pour the coffee in my cup and the coffee was all gone. She says she would be back with more coffee. 30 minutes later she never came back. I left.

I feel like im not one to usually complain, but the entire store was filthy, the kitchen had trash scattered across the floor, it took 30 minutes to get appetizer and almost an hour to get entree served. They were out of multiple items (lemonade, shrimp, tartar sauce) and didnt tell us until we had already ordered items, We had to ask for refills after waiting 30 minutes for them, the bathrooms were disgusting and smelt like sewer, and the staff all hid in the kitchen the entire time so you couldnt get anyone to your table. Multiple customers were upset and it has ruined my experience with Ihop.

Didn't get to stay. It was sooo cold. Only one waitress. She couldn't get back to us to take our order. Glad that she didn't because the AC was running!

Almist the Worst ihop experience ever. Lots of empty booths and we were seated at one who's seats were horribly ripped up and uncomfortable. They weren't very busy and we waited and waited and waited for a simple bacon, eggs and toast. Finally just got up and left without eating.

Hot chocolate not hot. Compared to other I Hops the food was not as good. When paying by cash, the register had no cash for change. I got tired of waiting so left much larger tip than I wanted. It was also bold enough that our party kept our coats on while eating.

Way understaffed, waitresses were in no hurry for anything. Service was awful. They need a table buster, tables were being washed and food was just being smeared around by waitresses, who needed to be serving their tables. Heat was not working the air conditioning was blowing and it was like 50 Degrees.
The restaurant is dirty and my eggs arrived cold. Also had to ask for silverware.
