Food was great, service was great but omg this place was so hot! I'm usually cold wherever I go but this building was insanely hot. You felt it the second you entered the building. Through the entire breakfast all we could feel was extreme heat blowing from the ceiling. We asked if there was a table away from vents which there isn't because of the way the building is designed. Would definitely go again if it didn't feel like I was dining in the depths of H*ll.
We came to have a family breakfast, as we were visiting from Memphis, TN. When we walked in, it had to be 100 degrees inside. Mind you, it was 13 degrees outside. We asked if it was hot like that on purpose and the lady just gave me a look and walked off. We were among at least 4 tables that were complaining about the heat. The service was below par. Hot chocolate not hot. Compared to other I Hops the food was not as good. When paying by cash, the register had no cash for change. I got tired of waiting so left much larger tip than I wanted. It was also bold enough that our party kept our coats on while eating.
