First off they were experiencing a supply problem. I decided to give them a break. The young lady at the register was so nice and friendly . I actually asked the store manager her name to comment on her here, but I forgot her name. I'm not a big KFC customer but I would go back to this one.

Every time I came here they either said they don't have or can't serve what's on the app and advertised on the windows in the store, it's always a hassle trying to get what they say they offer, then they tell you sorry but we can't make it or don't have it, I will stop going to this location!

The customer service was horrible. The employees were so caught up in their own conversation and laughing that they couldn’t hear my order which resulted in me returning because they gave me the wrong side then after that I called the restaurant because my biscuit was not done the manager was rude because I said twice there was something wrong with my order as if it were my fault so I was unable to enjoy the full meal I paid for because of poor quality and poor customer service .

The absolutely great I placed an order for the free delivery for Thursday nights DoorDash completely messed up our order. I had to call KFC three times trying to figure out why they did not have my order. Brittany Richardson actually called me back to walk me through what happened and turns out it was completely DoorDash’s fault, she even called DoorDash to argue with them on sending their delivery driver out too early. I received all my food nice and fresh and hot even though the first door dasher did not want to understand what was going on. Brittany called me back two times just to confirm what was going on with my order , this is awesome and thank you KFC and Brittney Richardson for your service

Let’s be clear, this KFC has always been bad. How this location has kept its franchise I don’t know. There is a clear lack of leadership which results in subpar food quality and poor customer service. We have experienced cashiers blatantly lying (we were told that this location did not nor did it ever allow customers to order dark meat only), and incorrect orders are the norm. We know what we’re getting, we know it won’t be great.Tonight was the last time though. Not only did our 8-piece all dark meat bucket only contain 4 dark pieces, but the quality of the chicken was abhorrent. Absolutely disgusting. The dark brown grease at the bottom of the bucket leads one to question how long it has been since the fryers have been cleaned and had their oil changed.Whoever is managing this location should be ashamed. The franchisee should be ashamed. When KFC is good, it’s good. Just don’t ever expect that at this location.
