Just ate at this nice place.Everything was great. The chips are good. They have a salsa bar, with some good selections. The only issue we had was having to repeat our order to our server 3 times. Other than that little snafu, everything was super. I plan to go back and try their alcohol later.
Service was fast and friendly. They filled up the homemade salsa and stopped by enough without being intrusive. The specialty salsa bar for dine-in customers is a nice bonus. The fajita was delicious.

Must Mexican restaurants offer the same menu for about the same prices and they taste about the same. Went into El Jimador in Jefferson City expecting just that. Boy were we wrong. The man who seated us and took our orders was extremely pleasant but not overly intrusive. The food was close but a little bit above the normal Mexican restaurant fare. But they had a salsa bar...
