They were packed. We ordered from the app but still had to go to the counter to get drinks. They got almost everyone's order wrong and the food wasn't very good. The server was rude. For what they charge to eat they could at least get the order right.

I love McAlister's! I've been going here since a kid when I used to get a kids cheese pizza with Honey Grams as the little snack on the side. I recently ran into a problem and am posting this maybe to get the attention of someone in charge/a higher up here. Grace was nice enough to try to sort out my problem, but to no avail. I had recently purchased the McAlister's Tea Pass that is supposed to be good for 30 days however there was no data collected through the app to show that I purchased it( the only thing I have is my past receipt to show on a recent transaction I paid $7.99 plus tax. Anyways, I was unable to get my free tea as it looked like it wasn't associated with my phone number. Idk if this is a common occurrence, but I'm now skeptical to buy one for next month. ...That being said, very quick service!

I placed an online order that was to be ready for pickup at 12:08pm. Waited 15 minutes before saying anything because staff were obviously busy. Finally was told it would be another 10-15 minutes before potatoes were done baking. Understandable! Left to run a couple errands and was back in the store 20 minutes later. ORDER STILL NOT READY!!!! One cashier was stocking while another cashier helping all the walk-ins. Others waiting for carry-out and eating in store were given their food prior to me receiving mine over 45 minutes later!! A simple text notification that the order was delayed would have saved me a lot of anxiety and frustration!!

Ordered choose 2 and reg salad. They delivered 1/2 cup soup, 1 cup of soup, and the salad and tea.. No sandwich.. They turned a $6.00 item into a $60.00 a week loss.. i have lunch there 2-3 times a week..I called twice and tried to get a sandwich.. but no dice.. it was my problem.. I had ordered wrong, that may well have been.. but getting a customer to return after shabby treatment is now their problem..

I love McAlister's. I like the chicken salad the most, but love their potatoes. I've never gotten anything I've didn't like.

When eating in, food is always out hot, fast, and correct. We ordered it take out frequently, and our orders are always missing pickles. (I love their pickles) Staff are always friendly.

I came into McAlisters Deli because a friend of mine referred me there because I was looking for a baked potato. After waiting in line for 25 minutes. I asked for a potato with chili cheese and bacon. I asked the girl if I should just get the spud max and take ingredients off? It seemed like that would be a cheaper route because they charge almost $2.00 for every single ingredient you add. The girl assures me it's cheaper to individually add the cheese and chili and bacon. When she gave me total of $15.62 for my potato I about fell over. The spud max with 7 ingredients is $10.29. I asked what happened and why it was so much and she said because she rang it up and thought it was going to be cheaper that way but actually it wasn't. I was already late getting back to work for my lunch break because I waited so long to be helped in the first place so I went ahead and just paid for the potato. You can get one at Wendys for 6$. If they weren't out of potatoes I would've went there but I went to McAlisters and paid almost 3 times as much!!!!!!!!

I thought the food here was quite good but I was blown away by the customer service. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a friendly cashier than Jacob. He made it a delight to eat there. You guys are lucky I’m not hiring anyone cause I’d steal him away.

They at least had two cashiers over lunch today and it helped move the line so much faster. Much

I haven't had McAlister's in a few years, never been to this location before so we tried it out, the food was really bland and underseasoned. Not sure if this is just the company standard now or if this location is just like that. For the high price of the food you might as well go to panera.

Got a really drippy Reuben and some… I can’t call it Mac and Cheese… more like Cheese Puddle and some Mac.
