Ordered curbside. Guy delivers my order to the wrong vehicle before taking the food back from them and delivering it to me. Not a big deal. People make mistakes. Says he couldn't make the coffee I ordered because he "didn't even know what it was" (I ordered it from their menu, nothing fancy). Told him it was fine and to refund it. Rolls his eyes and walks off while I'm trying to ask for fresh fries because the food isn't even warm. But he doesn't(?) hear. He comes back with cash. I tell him again the food isn't warm and request fresh fries. He gets huffy and again rolls eyes. I try to hand him the fries, he pushes back and says he can't take them back (even though I watched him take the order back from the wrong customer moments before) so I ask him if he can throw them away for me - he grabs the bag from my hand and throws them on the ground beside me. Now I don't trust anything coming from the restaurant so I drive off, frustrated. I call the restaurant - it's not busy but rings repeatedly, no one answers. Call again and ask to speak with a manager. Of course the guy who throws my fries answers and says he IS the manager. So now it's ok for managers to litter in their parking lot? Disrespect customers? He doesn't apologize or anything, just says if he "took the fries back, he would be in trouble." Did you not just say you were the MANAGER??

I've been in this line for 23 minutes...to get a coffee. NOT my first issue here but is only McDonald's ON my way home. Anymore, every visit is more of a disappointment. And STILL not to the window!

The staff are friendly but the rush hour breakfast line is sluggish. Partially because of production time, and partially because people don't know how to use the two lane system effectively. Over time McDonalds turned from a kid friendly environment to all about business and transactions. Its no longer a destination for family time but instead nothing more than a quick meal to return to busy schedules. The quality of food hasn't gone down, but at the same time the menu hasn't had any changes in so long I can't remember the last time a new product came out. Overall its become an efficient place to get food quickly as long as its not during rush without the desire to linger because there's no joy in the air.
