It attacked to a gas station, so it is very cramped on the inside, the guy taking tje order couldt hear well and missed part of our order, so we had to wait twice as long for our food, the workers were both slammed with work and very frustrated. It seemed as though they could definitely use some help. The food was good, but those poor folks where having a bit of a hard day.

As a frequent visitor of the PitaPit in Columbia, I had some what high expectations going into the Jeff location and they were certainly met. Staff were not only friendly, their customer service was above and beyond, and our southwest pitas (both times this is our second time back now) were delicious! It’s now our go-to lunch spot when we visit Jeff City!
Not the largest menu, but very tasty and the service was friendly. A good place to pick up pick up carry-out lunch.

I dont eat here. I stop at the gas station next to it.Edit:Since the owner responded asking me to delete my review let me be more clear.I had a pita here probably around 5 years ago. The person who "waited" on me was so rude in taking my order I considered just walking out which I should have done cause the sandwich was not good and it took an unbelievably long time and it was room temp!So no I wont delete this review and no I will never step foot in this establishment again!

As a follow-up to my previous review, I still have yet to try Pita Pit but I must say that, when Jeremy was made aware of the problems with my order and delivery he seemed to be as upset about it as I was. He step up. He reached out to me and was determined to make it right. He issued me a full refund and an invite to try their product. Even though I have not done that, I really appreciate his concern and his belief in the quality of their product. So thank you Jeremy. The delivery system chosen needs to be addressed. The bag was flung to the top of the stairs without the cookie that was apparently placed in the bag and it might have sat there for a minute before my dog started to growl at something on the porch. If he had come up the stairs I would have known because she would have been barking.
It is really good but do not go if you are in a hurry.

Rhis was my first visit to this restaurant, and i wasn't really sure what to expect. The person who took then made the order was really friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Cicken Souvlaki wrap. It was delicious. All toppings were really fresh, and combined with the sauce on the chicken, it was amazing. I will definitely stop by again when I'm in town another time. Thank you for the great experience.
