SALT, all watered-down salt.Crab Linguini Alfredo was horrific. Canned SALTED crab meat in watered-down pasta makes for a very sloppy, nasty experience.Garlic-SALT on top of a 1/2 dollar size plain biscuit is not a cheddar bay biscuit.I have no desire to ever eat here again.

Was treated as if we weren't even thereMy niece ordered a salad and the bowl was 2/3 full of ranch. Waitress never gave refills on drinks. Never cleared table of appetizer dishes or main course. Waited and waited to even get the check. My 5 year old nephew said" I will never come back to Red Lobsters". The only enjoyable part of the evening was watching the customers that were catered to, run out without paying. You guys really need to do better.Kid-friendliness: The waitress could not even hand the children their menu's. She just threw them on the edge of the table. Horrible experience.

My parents stopped by today and noticed a few short staff signs, even though they were short staffed they received excellent service from mackenzie!! they raved on and on about mackenzie. when they went to leave however my mom informed the hotess that the woman’s restroom was out of paper towels and the host replied “we know”. As a restaurant manager I know that stocking the bathrooms in a rush can be a little hard and there were most likely a lot of people complaining about the paper towels being out. With that said being out of paper towels is a health code violation and the “we know” comment is kind of rude. Take this as a teaching moment and please inform all staff on the 10 steps of service as well as basic etiquette!
This location has great food and the service was outstanding! We have gone multiple times and the quality has been consistent.

It was about what I would have expected. Decent food, friendly staff. Great service at the table. The reason for 3 star rating for service is: I checked in on line 30 minutes before arrival with a 0 minute wait time and was told my party would have to wait an additional 20 minutes after we arrived. The restaurant was nowhere near full, so there was no need for the delay that I could see. It's not complicated, either you have a reservation or you don't. This being said, we will be coming back to this location due to the friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: Staff were very kind to my children.
For a chain restaurant this red lobster does have decent seafood. The service here is OK. We did have to wait for a table for nearly 7 minutes and the restaurant was empty. We had to wait for our check for a long time. We gave cash before even seeing the check because we were in a hurry. The waitress took her time getting our change to us.

Our server was Terry, and he was AMAZING! Me and my husband came in and I was in a pregnancy rage and he was not only quick but had us laughing within minutes. This is the type of service I wish I had everywhere.
