My parents stopped by today and noticed a few short staff signs, even though they were short staffed they received excellent service from mackenzie!! they raved on and on about mackenzie. when they went to leave however my mom informed the hotess that the woman’s restroom was out of paper towels and the host replied “we know”. It was about what I would have expected. Decent food, friendly staff. Great service at the table. The reason for 3 star rating for service is: I checked in on line 30 minutes before arrival with a 0 minute wait time and was told my party would have to wait an additional 20 minutes after we arrived.
