The lady on the drive through speaker must have been having a bad night. She wasn't very kind when taking my order, I even used please and thank you. No greeting just "You can order" I placed my order, "Ne-thin else"....no Thank you. $$ is your total.....that was it. It wasn't much better at the window. My fries were hot, but when I opened my sandwich, I had these Itty bitty pieces of lettuce, like the scraps in the very middle of a head of lettuce that normal people throw...read full review
The food was great, but dude, that took our order was rude AF! He didn't seem as though he had an oz of kindness or customer service skills. He seemed to be frustrated with my order, and when I handed him my card, he said absolutely nothing even after I thanked him when he handed my card back.

Sometimes the employees sound rude or snippy in Drive Thru but ten at the window they were friendly, I believe it's just because they work so hard but the food is fresh and delicious.
