Stopped in tonight while on a road trip. The food was delicious and served so quick. But honestly the best part was how every single person working there was genuinely so friendly and kind! 100% recommend!
Frumpy Joe’s was just delicious. I had the catfish sandwich, Cole slaw and tea. The catfish was so lightly breaded with cornmeal all I tasted was the fish, tartar sauce was homemade, and the Cole slaw was sweet and delicious as well. My husband had the build your own burger, with pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tomato. He also got crinkle cut sweet potato fries (delicious). Had lunch there today w my spouse. She ate catfish sandwich and said it was very good. I had the Philly Cheese Steak. I eat them everywhere I go, though I’ve never eaten one in “Philly” so I don’t know how to compare. That said, this was the best one I’ve had locally (within 80 miles of home).
