I was literally standing on line.... they helped the person in front of me and walked off. I thought they had something to do and waited. I watched them last move over to the side and just stand there. Looked like no reason at all. Then they proceeded to pace back and forth. I must've stood there at the register for at least 15 minutes with no help. Finally someone asked him to take my order. I've never seen anything like it. My brother Eugene and I stopped in for a couple of frozen yogurt twist cones. Rayna, the young lady who took our order (then brought it to us!) Couldn't have been nicer. The cones were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy this Braum's. Plenty of kid friendly offerings on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Dairy products are always exceptional. Their drive-thru burgers however...left a lot to be desired. They were cold and haphazardly thrown together. It wasn't busy so I expected a little more love . Disappointing!
