Dairy products are always exceptional. Their drive-thru burgers however...left a lot to be desired. They were cold and haphazardly thrown together. It wasn't busy so I expected a little more love . Disappointing!

We did the drive through and got 2 burger meals. The buns were burnt and so hard and tough we couldn’t even eat them, we had to use our own bread. Very poor quality.

I was literally standing on line.... they helped the person in front of me and walked off. I thought they had something to do and waited. I watched them last move over to the side and just stand there. Looked like no reason at all. Then they proceeded to pace back and forth. I must've stood there at the register for at least 15 minutes with no help. Finally someone asked him to take my order. I've never seen anything like it. Other people were looking and making confused faces. It was weird, like I was invisible. Food was great, service not so much.
I've simply wanted a chocolate shake made with Vanilla Ice cream, chocolate syrup and milk. The young lady waiting on me said she could not make it. They use chocolate ice cream on chocolate shakes.. I asked her if they had chocolate syrup, vanilla Ice cream and milk. And she said they did , but she would not and could not make a chocolate shake out of those ingredients....it was a very disappointing trip to braums

I love this place and buy milk for my shop from here and I also used to buy a lot of ice cream for the family. But the milk is stocked half the time and nobody is ever in a hurry to stock it. It’ll be in crates but not stocked. On the ice cream, have your employees ever heard of cleaning as they go? Maybe wiping something down once per shift? The place is so bad by the end of a day that I won’t eat food from this store that isn’t prepackaged. Someone needs to chat with the store manager about being one! I’ll renew this review when these issues are fixed and bring it back to there 5 stars it used to be.
